1 cup dates
1/2 cups beetroot finely grated
1 &1/2 cups almond meal
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup coconut
2 tbs chia seeds
Additional coconut or sesame seeds to roll in.
Throw it all in the processor for a few minutes then get rolling!
